What is included
Every price is a starting price. What it depends on is on the pricing page.
What "starting at" depends on
Every price on this page is a starting price, and the thing it starts from is the property itself. Lot size, how much of it is turf, how much is bed, how many trees drop onto it and what the irrigation system looks like all change the number.
That is why signing up has a middle step. You send photos or we walk the property with you, and only then is a price agreed. We do not quote off an address.
Pricing questions
What does "starting at" depend on?
The property. Price is set after we have seen photos of the yard or walked it with you, which is the second step of signing up. Nothing is quoted from an address alone.
Why is the whole season one price?
Because a lawn is not the sum of its mows. Priced by the visit, everything that is not mowing becomes a line item somebody has to raise, price and approve, and the aeration slides and the blowout never happens. One number agreed before we start means the whole schedule actually gets done.
How is the seasonal price billed?
Monthly. Basic Lawncare and Kaleo Lawncare are billed monthly across their term.
