How we work
Why We Work on Seasonal Contracts
Most lawn care runs per visit, and there is a real case for it: you pay for what you got and nobody is locked into anything.
The trouble is what that quietly does to the work. Priced by the visit, we are paid to mow, and everything else becomes a line item somebody has to raise, price, and approve. So the aeration slides, the fertilizer gets skipped because last month's invoice ran high, and the sprinkler blowout happens in December if it happens at all.
But a lawn is not the sum of its mows. Fertilizer in April only matters because of what the turf has to survive in July, and de-thatching once, alone, does almost nothing.
The season is the unit, so that is how we price it: one number agreed on before we start, covering everything the property needs, with no invoices and no conversation in August about whether the shrubs are in scope.
The tradeoff is honest and you should hear it from us. You are agreeing to a price before you have watched us work, which is why we would rather you read the reviews and ask whoever on your street already uses us than take our word for it.
What the season covers
What is in each package, and what "starting at" actually depends on, is on the pricing page. Every service in the agreement has its own page under services.
